I ACTUALLY MET THE FLASHER AT THE CANAL ON MONDAY AFTERNOON. i was with kelly at that time. he was riding a bicycle and cycled past us. then he stopped several meters in front of us and got down from his bike. then he started pulling and tugging at his shorts, and pulled it way up so his penis was obsenely exposed. i saw it first and was appalled. told kelly to walk in the opposite direction because we did not want to confront him, and kelly was scared stiff and out of her wit. she kept pressing close to me, because she was scared that the flasher might touch her. he got on his bike again and this time started cycling in the opposite direction too. as he rode past us he spoke something at us in dilect, which we could not understand. the whole thing just happened in a flash. luckily he did not dare to do anything to us. so, my fellow ladies, do not walk alone at the canal or even in pairs. the flasher is a fucking lunatic.
